Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and practices are based on the UN Sustainability Goals (SDGs).
Our objective is to deliver construction projects without negatively affecting the natural environment and local community. We work closely with our clients, design teams and supply chain to deliver on this. Whether it’s the materials we use or our work in the community, we are always striving to do better. On each project, we factor in the environmental, social and governance aspects to build a truly sustainable business.

Vision Contracting is a registered member of the CIF Diversity and Inclusion Charter. Vision Contracting has achieved the Bronze Award for Investors in Diversity from the Irish Centre for Diversity based on our company policies, handbook, and training plans.
Vision Contracting is a Silver Member of the Irish Green Building Council (IGBC). We became a member as part of our learning on sustainability and quality in the built environment and have access to the learning hubs and events. We are using this knowledge in transitioning our construction activities towards sustainable best practices.
Vision Contracting has recently become a member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School Ireland so that we can provide training and knowledge to our employees on sustainability within the Irish built environment. Our objective is to adopt new best practices on sustainability.
Vision Contracting has implemented the Hammertech Safety Platform companywide as part of reducing our carbon footprint with paper usage. Hammertech Safety Platform is also assisting us in achieving our day-to-day health and safety objectives and reporting. Our Health & Safety Culture ensures we are proactive and provide a safe working environment, as It is our responsibility to ensure that everyone who works for us returns home safely at the end of the working day.
