Vision Contracting were engaged as Main Contractors to design and construct 5 no. contemporary luxury apartments within the first floor shell of an existing partially completed 5 storey building. The works included the alteration and extension of the existing building services, plant areas and external cladding and glazing elements. Extensive stakeholder liaison and Design team coordination was necessary in minimising the impact arising from construction operations on the existing residential tenants and on the operation of ground floor retail unit.
The completed development comprises of a natural stone and glass façade and includes 12 no apartments and two penthouses with a ground floor retail unit. Quality finishes and workmanship to the highest standards were critical to the successful outcome of this scheme.
• Works were carried out in an existing partially occupied residential building thereby necessitating extensive Tenant & Home Owner liaison..

• The delivery of this project, within a City Centre site, required innovative solutions & extensive coordination to ensure a high quality finish was achieved.
