Vision Contracting Ltd completed the construction of a unique contemporary residence on the cliff edge. The project was executed on a Design & Build basis. The work scope included the demolition of an existing single storey dwelling to be replaced with a very sophisticated contemporary two storey building with raised curved ceilings, flexible & open floor space, minimalist decorative elements, and extensive use of modern materials throughout. External elements included substantive finished concrete, glazed panels, zinc cladding and natural stone.

• Access & egress to the works area was challenging in that all materials had to be crane lifted.
• Helical pile technology employed for foundation support.
