This primary healthcare project involved fit out and alteration works to the existing office and shell areas. The works were carried out over 3 separate phases and involved the fit out of shell spaces to form new office accommodation for the HSE. It also involved the construction of new conference area and the alteration of existing offices, observation room and activity areas.
The existing facility was fully operational through the works and noise and dust monitoring were critical elements in the site management process.
Extension of the existing air conditioning and electrical services also formed part of the work scope.

• Extensive coordination with the Facility Management Department was required to ensure all interface works and access and egress arrangements were planned to minimise impact on the existing facility
