This project involved the phased strip out and refurbishment of the Changing areas & Family support facilities including the provision of new HVAC and M&E services. As Main Contractors and PSCS, Vision were responsible for the Planning & Phasing of the works in conjunction with LeisureWorld Senior Management and TEM Engineering & Management DAC. The work scope included new floor drainage, structural alterations, new floor slabs with MMA Trascon resin finishes, ceilings & bulkheads, bespoke cubicles & lockers, all associated plumbing, mechanical & electrical services.

Extensive planning & co-ordination to agree phasing for the project to ensure that the Health Centre could remain operational 7 days a week.

Control noise & dust during each phase to ensure that Management & Staff could successfully operate.

Working in a busy and live environment and successfully handover the various construction phases on time and to the expected quality.
