This project involved the modification of two retail floor plates to suit office occupancy. The work scope included the construction & fit-out of new toilet cores, plant areas, extensive structural modifications to RC lift shafts & stairwells. The work required significant planning & co-ordination with the existing Tenants so that the operations of the Offices in use were not adversely impacted.

• Noise control was crucial during the structural modification works.
• Modifications to existing lifts which were kept in operation during office hours.
• High degree of pre-planning & co-ordination with Tenants & Design Team
