This project involves the construction of a 100,000 ft2 distribution centre for IITC together with 150,000 ft2 of external reinforced concrete storage & loading areas. The Development is situated just off the M7 Motorway in
Osberstown Industrial Park, Naas, Co. Kildare. The Buildings are finished to an impressive specification with all the features of a modern logistics facility.
The Steel warehouse is 173m in length with two gantry cranes to give operational flexibility for both fabrication & storage of structural steel. The Hareware warehouse has extensive high level racking together with office
accomodation, which is arranged over two levels and finished to a modern specification.
Docklevellers & a weighbridge are situated within the concrete paved forecourt.
External works for this project include a StormTech SC740 Attenuation tank System, petrol interceptors, extensive drainage, extensive lime stabilisation of the site prior to constructing the reinforced concrete paved
areas.
