This landmark community based building was commissioned and developed
by the Carrigaline and District Lions Club with support from SECAD
and various public bodies. The 550m2 building consists of a youth café,
activity room, soundproof recording studio, IT room, as well as offices
and meeting spaces. The building is contemporary in design and is distinguished
by the external cedar wood framing and vertical fins.

• Extensive coordination and design development was required to en
sure the exact construction tolerances and finishes were successfully
achieved.
• Significant value and cost engineering during the course of the build
was required to achieve the detailed design brief. Vision as main con
tractors worked hand in glove with the Design Team to construct the
landmark project within the available budget.
