Construction of a new drive thru KFC restaurant of approx. 300sqm at Northside Shopping Centre, Coolock, Co. Dublin. This single storey steel frame building is being constructed in a busy live shopping centre environment to a demanding schedule.
The building envelope is formed by Eurobond insulated panels offering ‘built in’ passive fire protection, and finished externally with a Trespa rainscreen cladding panel. Wicona structurally glazed curtain walling and feature band louvres complete the building aesthetic to compliment the recently refurbished Northside Shopping Centre.
Landscaping around the building consists of Kilsaran textured finished granite paving & permeable paving, polished concrete planter boxes, and planter beds.
