This project involved the refurbishment of the entrance lobby & reception
of the Manufacturing Building. Existing finishes & services were stripped
out & replaced with contemporary finishes.

• Dust control was critical for the duration of the project due to the sensitivity
of the Alcon manufacturing operations.
• Access to the Manufacturing facility was maintained at all times as the
Plant operates on a 24/5 basis.
• Significant weekend work undertaken due to the Alcon operational times.
• Comprehensive permitting system in operation for the works.
