This project, included the construction & fit-out of 10 new Corporate Meeting rooms on the first floor level together with the refurbishment of the ground floor Ballroom with an enlarged capacity to cater for over 1000
settings. The existing Western Entrance was demolished and replaced with a new and modern Entrance Hall incorporating structural glazing, bespoke stainless steel elements together with stone facade systems.
The scope included the provision of new kitchens and food service areas which optimized the existing back of house spaces. Public toilets and existing Staff quarters were remodeled and reconstructed in a new and thoughtfully designed Architectural layout.

• 5 weeks fast track 24/7 programme to demolish and reconstruct the new Western Entrance Hall.
• Main body of first floor work undertaken whilst the Convention Centre Ballroom was kept fully operational by Hotel Management.
• Integrated Audio Visual technologies installed to ensure that all Meeting rooms were provided with seamless controls from a single interface.
